Built for Big Jobs. The Triumph NTR-16 Delivers Serious Strength and Safety for Commercial-Grade Lifting

Shopping for a 4 post car lift that can handle heavy-duty vehicles without compromising safety or space? You're not alone. Many auto shop owners and DIY mechanics struggle to find a lift with enough strength, runway length, and clearance. Especially when working with trucks, vans, or commercial vehicles. Most lifts just don’t cut it when you’re dealing with higher capacity needs or limited garage space. Above 14,000 lbs the budget-grade options drop out entirely, and the gap between consumer 4-posts and full-commercial equipment widens to a point where most shops end up overspending or under-buying.

The NTR-16 16,000 lb Four Post Auto Lift by Triumph is built to solve all that. With a massive 16,000 lb lifting capacity, it’s a powerhouse designed to support full-size trucks, RVs, and fleet vehicles. The long runways and generous lift height give you plenty of room to work underneath, and the 12 locking positions provide the peace of mind you need when a big job is on the line. Whether you're running a professional auto repair business or outfitting your dream garage, this lift gets the job done safely and reliably. 12 lock positions and industrial-grade steel construction give you the structural confidence to keep crew cabs, dually pickups, and light commercial trucks parked overhead for extended periods without hydraulic creep.

Designed for ease of use and long-term durability, this 4 post auto lift features industrial-grade steel construction, simple operation, and a 220V single-phase electrical system. It’s also compatible with rolling jacks and other accessories if you want to turn your lift into a full-service workstation. When you need the best in lifting power and platform stability, the NTR-16 stands out. * For shops that handle a steady mix of commercial and consumer vehicles, the NTR-16 sizes up to commercial work without forcing you to commit to commercial pricing.

This lift not lining up with your goals? Our complete collection of Vehicle Lifts has a better fit.

Benefits of the Triumph NTR-16 Vehicle Lift

Heavy-Duty Capacity
Lift trucks and large vehicles with confidence. The 16,000 lb capacity covers crew cabs, dually pickups, light commercial trucks, and heavier SUVs without straining the structural rating.
Optimized Work Space
74.4-inch lift height gives you full standing clearance under most vehicles. No crouching for brake jobs, suspension work, or undercarriage inspection.
Safety at Every Level
12 lock positions engage as the lift rises, with mechanical locks holding the load instead of hydraulic pressure. More positions means more precise height control whether storing or working.
Wider Compatibility
Extended runways accommodate long-wheelbase trucks and commercial vans that won't fit standard 4-posts. No overhang concerns, no fitment guesswork.
Low Profile Loading
Minimal runway height means an easy drive-on for low-clearance vehicles like sports cars and lowered trucks. Aluminum ramps make the transition gradual.
Built to Last
Industrial-grade steel frame designed for daily commercial cycling. The kind of construction that holds up to pro-shop volume year after year.

Key Features of the Triumph NTR-16 16,000 lb Four-Post Lift You'll Love:

Massive 16,000 lb Lifting Capacity: Whether you're lifting heavy-duty trucks or commercial vans, this 4 post vehicle lift can handle it. The structural design supports large vehicles with ease, making it ideal for busy shops and fleet garages. 16K rating covers crew cabs, dually pickups, work vans, and most commercial vehicles requiring 4-post service.

Extended Runway Length: With 224.5 inches of runway, the NTR-16 gives you more flexibility when working with longer vehicles. You won’t have to worry about clearance or awkward overhang. Extended runways handle long-wheelbase trucks and work vans without overhang concerns during loading.

12 Locking Positions: The lift includes 12 precise locking points for secure operation. These safety locks engage automatically as you raise the lift, providing added stability at multiple working heights. 12 lock positions give precise height control whether storing a vehicle or working at specific service heights underneath.

Low Runway Height for Easy Drive-On: The 7.5-inch minimum runway height allows vehicles to drive onto the lift without the need for additional ramps, streamlining your workflow and reducing setup time. Low runway height eliminates ramps' steep drive-on angle, important for low-clearance vehicles like sports cars.

High Max Lift Height of 74.4 Inches: This generous lift height offers plenty of under-vehicle clearance for suspension work, oil changes, or full inspections. No more crouching or struggling under cramped space. 74.4-inch max lift gives techs full standing clearance under most vehicles for service work.

Heavy-Duty Steel Frame Construction: Built to last with high-grade steel, the frame is engineered for durability under constant use. It's a serious piece of equipment that stands up to the demands of daily operations. Heavy-gauge steel frame designed for daily commercial cycling, not just occasional service work.
