General Handling & Transit Times

📦 Order Handling: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Processing times may vary by product and supplier, so please check the product page for specifics.

🚚 Transit Times: Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days (Mon-Fri) depending on the shipping destination and supplier. The specific carrier used (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) may also affect delivery times. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $200 are subject to a flat $12 shipping fee.

Change of Address

📌 Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.

📌 If an address change is required after shipping, any additional fees charged by the carrier or supplier will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

📌 Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a processing fee.

📌 After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees as outlined on the product page.
