🚛 Delivery
Lifts ship via freight carrier to residential or commercial addresses — curbside delivery only.
No Liftgate Available: Due to the size and weight of our lifts (1,250 – 4,850 lbs), liftgate service is not available.
➤ Please refer to the product page for the exact shipping weight of your specific model.
You must have unloading equipment on-site (e.g., forklift, backhoe, or skid steer).
If you do not have proper unloading equipment, we can ship your lift to a freight terminal near you — typically 30–50 miles from your location — where it can be picked up with the appropriate vehicle.
Shipping Timeline: If the item is in stock, please allow 2 business days for order processing and an estimated 3–5 business days for transit, depending on which warehouse is fulfilling the order.
If the item is out of stock, delivery times will vary based on restock schedules and supplier availability. Contact us to confirm current ETA before ordering.
Delivery Scheduling: We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as this depends on carrier availability and freight routing.
➤ Upon request, we can ask the carrier to provide a 24-hour delivery notice to help you prepare for unloading. To request this, please leave a note in the Special Instructions box on the cart page before checkout.
🏢 Warehouse Pickup
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local warehouse time).
Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed.
➤ Same-day pickup is not available.
➤ Once your order is ready, it must be picked up within 48 hours to avoid stock holding fees.
Warehouse staff will assist with loading, but you must arrive with a properly rated trailer or vehicle to safely transport the equipment back.
Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation at the time of pickup.
A valid shipping address is required during checkout for order processing purposes only, even if you’re picking up from a warehouse or freight terminal.
🕓 Backorders & Stock Delays
If the lift is not currently in stock, restock typically takes 1–4 weeks.
We recommend contacting us to confirm availability before placing your order.
📦 Additional Important Information
Buyers should inspect delivered products carefully before signing the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt. Please report any concealed damages or shortages within 48 hours after delivery to our customer service team.
