We are very pleased with our dual A/C machine. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and the controls are very user-friendly. It didn’t take long to get familiar with the machine and have it ready for use.

The machine has performed very well on all of the vehicles we service. It has been reliable, efficient, and easy to operate, making our A/C service work much more convenient. Overall, it has been a great addition to our shop, and we would definitely recommend it to other automotive repair facilities.

I've only had a my new Triumph NSS-8 for about 1 week, but so far I am delighted! You cannot beat the bang-for-the-buck. Does everything I expected so far. The build quality seems excellent...especially for the cost. And frankly its pretty!
Shipping was extremely fast and easy too.

Still not decided on where this lift will go. Overall I have been pleased with the 8K four post lift. The directions are not as bad as the internet claims. With a little bit of patience and watching you tube you can figure it out. Hunter at Pit Stop was super helpful and answered all my questions up front, no hidden surprises or fees. I picked mine up at the tuxedo distributor in Salt Lake City. Great people there as well had me loaded up and on my way in no time. Packed very well and nothing was missing. Had little issues, on one support beam the lock springs were not attached, easy fix with the other three examples. One thing I did have to work was the motor bracket holes didn't line up. Another easy fix. Overall time will tell but it seems to be very well built, no welding splatter and the paint was in great condition.

This entire product is well engineered, built, and packaged! The caster kit may get used a lot or just hang on the wall, I don't know yet. But considering the sheer weight of the lift it's cheap insurance if I ever have to move it.

Product was as represented , customer service was excellent , instructions could be better but with a little searching on web you can find better more detailed instructions.

I bought the jack with the 4 post car lift, and I have that I'm dang happy with my purchase!!! The jack is low profile enough for my third gen Camaro and my New Edge Mustang, and strong enough to lift my trucks with ease!!!

I purchased the Katool 11,000lb 4 post lift. Picked it up at warehouse, so saved money doing that. Unit is very stout and well made. Assembly manual is vague on a few points, but there are numerous videos online that walked us through it no problem. With 2 grandsons help, we assembled in 4 hours.

Nice lift, perfect for parking. Its nice that you can set it 6" wider if needed but then you can't use the drip trays or the jack pad. The aluminum approach ramps are nice as well. For what I am using these lifts for they are perfect. I have built a few 4 post lifts before so the horrible instructions didnt bother me, be prepared to watch some videos to do the install.

Installed the jack on my new 9k tuxedo lift. Very happy so far. It rolls and looks great. I like the low profile design. Very heavy duty

Absolutely Badass Lift

I couldn’t be happier with the KATOOL 8,500 lb 4-post lift. This thing is an absolute beast and feels extremely solid once assembled.

Assembly was honestly much easier than I expected. My wife and I put the entire lift together in about 6 hours, using nothing fancy—just a floor jack and a cherry picker. Having two people definitely made the process easier, and the instructions were straightforward enough to get everything lined up and assembled without a huge headache.

Once it was together, I was seriously impressed with how sturdy this lift is. It has plenty of capacity for what I need, and it gives me a ton of extra room and flexibility in the garage/storage space. The quality for the price is excellent.

If you're on the fence about buying one, I’d absolutely recommend it. Great lift, great value, and surprisingly easy to assemble. Having my wife help me knock it out in one day made the whole experience even better.

1st time assembling one of these. Was very easy. Once cables and ladders were adjusted it works great. Runs quiet.

Well built lift. Not overly difficult to assemble, put mine together by myself, but would recommend at least two people.

Working great right out of the box. I picked this up at your Georgia warehouse with no issues. My neighbor and I installed this unit in just a few days. A nice heavy duty unit at a great price. Thanks Pitstop team!

I’ve recently purchased and installed a Katool 11,000 lb 4-post lift from Pitstop. Purchase and pick up super easy thru web and yard location in Houston. They loaded the lift with a forklift onto my flatbed trailer in minutes. Experience was great. However, simple searches online demonstrate the complexity of assembling this lift at your location. Certainly, easy to imagine, please arrange equipment to lift this 3,000 lb package off your trailer and to help assemble. We used mid size tractor with success. My last comment is about instructions / information on how to assemble. There are several videos on YouTube that are helpful. Please familiarize yourself prior to starting. Our completed lift was not functioning correctly (could not achieve down-end) until days later when we found a skip step of installing a spacer at the bottom of the lock bars. 0 information in any materials about this part of step. But overall great product and very good quality / gauge of materials. I highly recommend but please review any online videos first.

Had a lot of issues initially since delivery. The overall freight wasn't damaged but the box with hardware was torn and the bolt bag wasn't even sealed. I was missing all of my bolts except for floor anchors, and the spacers for the locking ladders. Customer service is available so it's not like trying to get ahold of China. However, the lift sat for 2 weeks until the bolts arrived and they didn't even send my requested spacers. I ended up having to machine my own spacers, because my lift assembly was so delayed that I needed to get it going! Refer to Youtube videos (currently there are only some for the 11k model which are pretty good) for assembly because the instructions are flat out worthless. Despite all that, the lift is well made..hardware is cheap junk.. It has a 220v pump and lifts full size half ton trucks with ease. I'm sure it would lift a 1 ton without issues. Rolling jack works well and adjusts to different runway widths. I have it set wide enough for a small 2 door Honda up to a full size half ton truck. Pitstop will text you back, but they just hand you off to KATOOL.. It does take some time to get answers, but it's manageable. They are supposed to send me more items like replacement nylon guide that was damaged in freight..but it takes weeks to get that from China.

The price was the best I could find, the pickup in Pooler Georgia was quick and easy, the unpacking and installation took up 4 hours and everything went great! We didn't even look at the instructions and the lift works great!

Just as good as the jacks twice the money. Came prefilled with hydraulic fluid, all I had to do was tighten the airline fitting, and open the vent valve and it worked just as expected. Would purchase again if the need arises.

This lift is first class for affordability and construction, I took a close look at all the welds before assembly, and could not find fault anywhere. I is very heavy so have a friend available for the assembly. Once it’s assembled (square and plumb), and wired it works fantastic, with no issues lifting my 10000lb truck. Also very stable when loaded, and mine is not anchored,yet. The only thing lacking is the instructions, but there are many YouTube videos and not hard if you’re mechanically inclined. Would purchase again.

As others have stated, instructions are poor but the lift is well built. Also, all of the pulleys and axles have zero grease on them and no zerk fitting. So, take them apart and grease them by hand. Take your time to adjust the cables and locking mechanism and it's great.. For the price, this lift is hard to beat.

The KATOOL 11k 4 post lift is heavy duty, easy to assemble, I am 62 and assembled it by myself using an engine hoist and car Dollie’s. Works Great!

I just picked up my lift. I chose to drive 3 hours to pick it up instead of paying the shipping charges. The communication with the company has been top notch! Great response time and answers all my questions. Pick up was flawless. I am currently unpacking the lift and there has been no damage or missing parts. I would highly recommend purchasing a lift from this company.

Great product and would highly recommend but if you’re not mechanically inclined please have it professionally installed to make it much easier
