Triumph NSS-8 four post lift was ordered from Pitstop-Pro on 19 November, a Wednesday. An amazingly short two days later the shipment was confirmed and booked with the trucking company. They called me that same day, and scheduled delivery for 24 November, a Monday. I am still amazed at how fast and easy the whole process went. Hunter at Pitstop-pro was extremely quick and professional to reply to any texts or email questions I had. Really couldn't ask for better service. The lift itself was packed very well and was everything I hoped for. I'll be using this as both a storage and maintenance lift, and my X5 suv fits under it perfectly. Remember to order/buy three gallons of AW32 hydraulic fluid for the pump unit. Setup the entire thing 90% on my own, only needed help standing the uprights, up and balancing the heavier runway with the ram. Just used my good floor jack and 2x6s for support. Happy customer here. My order due to unforeseen circumstances with supply chains came on two separate days. Both companies were great to deal with. They called to confirm a delivery window on a specific day. Both came with power skid trucks and placed the crates directly into my garage. Both times the crates showed up with no damage at all. Very professional service. Definitely recommend this option if you don’t have a fork lift or equivalent machine on-site to unload. Just be sure you have a good spot for them to be safely parked and a smooth surface for the power skid truck to move on.

So far so good, they are quiet and do exactly what they’re supposed too. If you’re a shade tree mechanic or starting a shop, or looking for new machines then these are definitely worth having a look. Customer service has been good and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The only set back was shipping but that was mostly due to supply chain disruptions and that’s just how it goes sometimes. Thanks again Hunter for keeping me in the loop during the process.

You definitely won’t find a lift that will do they job cheaper and it works great, my f450 fits and it lifts that 10000 pounds with ease, I loved it so much I bought another one month later.

Working with PitStop Pro was a good experience. They keep me informed and updated. My lift was sent to the wrong warehouse. KATOOL ship the lift to my house without any additional cost. I received all the extra equipment I ordered. I had a few scratches from shipping. PITSTOP PRO contacted KATOOL They sent me a can of touch up paint. Assembly was easy and completed, No missing fasteners.

I needed an extra wide lift, and this was absolutely perfect. Everything from the sale to the pick up went flawlessly.

I did not have a fork truck to unload the lift, which was the most difficult task. Luckily the trailer I was using had a crane on it! But you could possibly use an engine hoist to remove it from the trailer. Definitely remove everything you can and then lift off one runway at a time.
I had three guys trying to lift it but it was far too heavy!
we lowered each ramp onto two car dollies and rolled them into the garage. And then we used an engine hoist to lift them up and that went perfectly.

So far, this has been an excellent purchase and I would highly suggest this to anyone.

The one downfall that I’m sure you’ve read everywhere is that the instructions are pretty bad. But take your time go through those and watch the videos on YouTube of others who have assembled this taking note of tips and tricks. It all worked out but took me longer than I thought it would. Unless you have a fork truck, expect this to take all day or even longer.

Very nice lift the only set back is the casters should be 4 inch for easier movement and the hydraulic lines should have quick connection and so should the controll wires
