We have been in business for over two years and have helped thousands of customers get the right equipment with real support from start to finish.
We are based out of Lula, GA and ship nationwide from U.S. warehouse locations.

Order Help
Order confirmation and tracking
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking is not available until after the item has shipped and the carrier has issued the tracking number. Shipping and Delivery
All Pitstop Pro products ship from U.S. warehouse locations. Many larger items ship via freight delivery, so the process can look a little different than standard parcel shipping.
Warehouse pickup option
Many products qualify for warehouse pickup to help you save on delivery. If warehouse pickup is available, that option will be shown on the product page. After your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, then you’ll need to wait for us to reach out with a warehouse pickup invoice. You must bring that warehouse pickup invoice with you to the warehouse to receive your equipment. You will not be able to pick up your equipment without this invoice.
Freight delivery scheduling and services
Most bulky items ship via freight delivery. The carrier will typically call to confirm a delivery timeline and schedule an appointment. Some shipments require a signature on delivery, and freight terminal pickup may be available depending on the carrier and your location. Liftgate service is not available for car lifts.
Delivery inspection
Inspect your shipment before signing. If there is visible damage to the structure of the item, do not sign and contact us right away. If there is minor damage, note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing, take photos, and contact us so we can help with the next steps.

Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. Our Returns and Refunds policy outlines what qualifies, timelines, and what fees may apply.
Authorized Dealer and Product Authenticity
Pitstop Pro works with established manufacturers and U.S. distribution networks to provide genuine automotive shop equipment. Warranty information and product details are listed on the specific product page, and most products also include a product manual on the product page for reference.
Secure Checkout
Our checkout is protected and built on Shopify. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Affirm pay over time, Google Pay, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
We also accept wire transfers for an additional discount on all items. To request a wire transfer discount, simply fill out our wire transfer discount request form and we’ll send you a customized discount based on the item.

Warranty and Freight Damage
Manufacturer warranty
Most products we sell include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand, and warranty information can be found on the specific product page. If you have a warranty question, we’ll help you identify the correct process and get you pointed in the right direction.
Freight damage
Freight shipments should be inspected at delivery. If anything arrives damaged, take clear photos and contact us right away. Reporting quickly helps protect your claim and speeds up resolution.
