For individuals lacking proximity to a forklift, I suggest coordinating delivery to a site endowed with one.

Came on time. There was good communication from the seller to set up delivery. Had a few scratches but no big deal. Instructions are not clear, but found some videos on YouTube to install the same lift. I was able to install it on my own. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I love this kit. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the instructions could have been a little better. If you have tools that you need to organize then you probably are a little handy but you can't just throw these things up side by side and hope they work. They need to be spaced a part just a tiny bit. Oh, and don't just assume since you found the studs on the first one that you are going to end up on a stud every time, I guess builders aren't quite as consistent in some homes. Sometimes I just put one of the screws in at an angle and caught the stud. Great Product!
