These are the 12" version of the multi purpose crib, the tallest standard height Race Ramps makes. The car stays on its own tires, the tire drops into a molded cradle, and the load runs straight down a solid block into the floor. No jack, no lift points, nothing to kick out.
Each crib carries 1,500 lbs, 6,000 lbs across the pair, measures 15.5" x 12", and weighs 7 lbs. Solid high density foam with a rugged anti slip coating, so it grips a finished floor and cannot rust a mark into it.

One Piece or Two Piece

• One Piece, RR-WC-12: A single solid 12" block, 15.5" long. Nothing to align, nothing to separate under load. Take this if 12" is simply the height you want.
• Two Piece Adjustable, RR-WC-12-2: Two interlocking 6" halves, 15.75" long. Stack for two 12" cribs, or split for four 6" cribs and put the whole car up at a lower height.

Wheel Crib Frequently Asked Questions
Can my car climb 12 inches?
This is the main thing to think about. A crib is a step, not a ramp, so the tire has to rise a foot over a short distance. A normal ride height car manages it. A lowered car may not, in which case use ramps first or drop to the 8 inch cribs.
Which height should I choose?
Twelve inches for maximum clearance and display use, ten for general work, eight for the easiest climb and the lowest cars. Capacity and tire fitment are identical across all three, so it really is only about height.
Is the two piece worth it?
On the 12 inch it is the most useful upgrade in the range, because splitting gives you four 6 inch cribs. That means the whole car up at a modest height from a single pair, and a much easier climb than 12 inches in one step.
Safer than jack stands?
That is how Race Ramps positions them and the load path backs it up, since the car rests on its own tires over a wide solid base rather than on steel saddles. Chock the wheels still on the ground and apply the same care you would with any support before getting underneath.
Will they fit a truck or SUV?
Check the tire diameter first. The cradle is designed for 24 to 30 inch overall diameter, and many truck and SUV tires exceed that. Capacity is rarely the limiting factor, fitment is.
