A wheel crib works differently. The car stays on its own tires and the tire sits in a molded cradle, so the load spreads across the whole contact patch and down through a solid block onto the floor. There is no jacking, no point loading, and nothing that can kick out.

One Piece or Two Piece
Both options give the same 8" of lift, the same 1,500 lb capacity per crib, and the same 15" x 12" footprint. The difference is whether the block splits.
• One Piece, RR-WC-8: A single solid 8" block. Nothing to align, nothing to separate, and the simplest thing to drive onto. Take this one if 8" is the height you want.
• Two Piece Adjustable, RR-WC-8-2: Two interlocking 4" halves. Stack them for two 8" cribs, or split them for four 4" cribs and put all four wheels up. That is the version to buy if you want the option of a lower lift or full four wheel support later.
The two piece costs a little more. If you are undecided, it is the more flexible of the two and the price gap is small.

As with any support, chock the wheels still on the ground and use common sense before putting your body under a car.
One piece or two piece?
Same height, same capacity, same footprint. The two piece splits into two 4 inch halves, so a pair becomes either two 8 inch cribs or four 4 inch cribs. Buy that one if you might want a lower lift or want all four wheels supported. Otherwise the one piece is simpler and slightly cheaper.
How do I get the car onto them?
Drive up slowly. The cradle is shaped so the tire seats itself and stops. Most people use a spotter the first time to get the placement right, then it becomes routine.
Can I leave a car on them long term?
