Cribs That Roll: Park the Car, Then Move It Sideways

A wheel crib puts the car where you drove it and leaves it there. A wheel dolly moves the car anywhere you like but sits it barely off the floor. You end up choosing between height and mobility.

The Crib Cruisers are shaped to sit on standard car dollies, so you get both. Ten inches of lift on foam, on casters, and the car can be pushed sideways into a corner of the garage with one hand.

Each crib is 23.75" long by 11.375" wide by 11.25" tall, carries 1,500 lbs, and weighs 12 lbs. Tires up to 12" wide with 25" to 30" overall diameter.

Set of four, one per wheel. Dollies are not included. If you do not need to move the car, the standard 10" cribs cost less. See all wheel cribs.

Race Ramps RR-CC-10 Crib Cruisers, set of four

Benefits of the Crib Cruisers

Height and mobility together
Ten inches of lift that you can still push around the shop. No other crib in the range does the second part, and no dolly on its own does the first.
Fits a two car garage in properly
Park the project car, lift it, then slide it tight against a wall at an angle no driver could manage. That is often the difference between storing two cars and storing one.
Still a proper wheel crib
Take the dollies away and these are ordinary cribs with a contoured cradle and a 1,500 lb rating. The dolly compatibility is a bonus, not a compromise on the core job.
A set of four, not two
The whole car goes up level on one purchase. That matters here more than on other cribs, because you cannot roll a car that is only lifted at one end.
Better for long term storage than a jack
Foam does not bleed down over a winter and the contoured cradle spreads the load instead of resting the tire on one flat spot. Nothing to rust into a concrete floor either.
12 lbs each
Heavier than the small cribs and still nothing to carry. Traction coated foam grips epoxy and polished concrete without scratching it. Made in the USA with a one year warranty.

Crib Cruiser Frequently Asked Questions

Do the dollies come with them?

No. Race Ramps sell the cribs on their own and they are shaped to sit on standard car dollies you supply. Tell us which dollies you own or plan to buy and we will confirm the combination before you order.

Can I use them without dollies?

Yes. On the floor they behave as ordinary 10 inch wheel cribs with a 1,500 lb rating per crib. If you know you will never want to move the car, the standard 10 inch cribs do the same job for less.

How do I get the car onto them?

A crib is a step, not a ramp, so the car has to be jacked and lowered onto them one end at a time. Set them on a flat, level floor and check each crib is fully in contact with the ground before the weight goes on.

Will my tires fit?

Up to 12 inches of section width, with an overall diameter between 25 and 30 inches. Wider than 12 inches and you want a supercar crib instead, though those do not take dollies.

Is it safe to roll a car this high?

Move it slowly, on a flat and clean floor, with a person at each corner if you can. Ten inches raises the center of gravity, so this is a careful push across a level garage, not something to do on a sloped driveway or over a threshold.
