  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states.

  • Free shipping to commercial addresses or the nearest terminal, except for:
    • Remote area deliveries (extra charge may apply).
  • Customer is responsible for unloading from the truck.
  • Forklift or unloading dock service may be required.
  • Customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges.
  • Liftgate service available for $90 (Not Avilable for Vehicle Lifts).
  • Shipments should be inspected for damages before signing the Bill of Lading.

Returns

  • 30-day return guarantee on eligible items.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items beyond the 30-day return window.
    • Used, washed, or misused items.
  • Return Process:
    • Submit a return request with order details, product name, and reason for return.
    • Customer service will provide a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and return address.
    • Return item per RMA instructions and provide tracking info.
    • Refund or exchange processed within 3 days upon return receipt.
