Will my lowered car clear it?
10.8 degrees is one of the gentlest inclines Race Ramps makes and it is designed for low profile and lowered cars. If you are on coilovers at the bump stops or running a big splitter, the 72" two stage opens at 6.8 degrees and is the safer bet.
Do I need the two piece?
Only if you want the incline out of the way once the car is up. It changes nothing about the lift height, angle or capacity. Most people working purely underneath the car are fine with the one piece and save the difference.
How much space do they need?
Each ramp is 67 inches long, so allow around six feet in front of the car plus room to drive up. In a standard garage that usually means pulling the car back before you start. Store them on end against a wall.
Can I get under the car on these?
Ten inches gives real working room and the ramps are rated to 1,500 lbs each. As with any ramp, chock the wheels still on the ground, leave it in park with the parking brake on, and use stands as well if you are going fully underneath for an extended job.
How does the XT compare to the 40 inch ramps?
