Warranty

• Structural Warranty — 5 Years:
• Columns, uprights, legs, arms, carriages, swivel pins, overhead beam, tracks, cross rails, top rail beam.
• Limited Parts Warranty — 1 Year: Covers lifts and wheel-service equipment under normal use (customer pays freight on warranty parts).
• Not Covered:
• Routine-maintenance items and normal-wear parts (cables, slider blocks, chains, rubber pads, pulleys).
• Replacement of lift / tire-changer cylinders after 30 days (seal kit provided instead).
• On-site labor or equipment damaged by improper installation or use.
• Claim Requirements:
• Inspect freight on arrival; note any damage on the carrier’s receipt (freight damage is not a warranty issue).
• Report missing parts within 72 hours.
• Provide photos or videos if requested for evaluation.
• Replacement parts ship as soon as available; immediate availability not guaranteed.
• Additional Terms: Warranty is non-transferable; liability excludes incidental or consequential damages as permitted by law.

Shipping

• Freight shipping to commercial addresses in the lower 48 states and Canada.
• Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed the same day and typically depart within 24-48 hours.
• Standard transit time is 7-10 days; tariff-related port delays may extend delivery.
• All freight ships with a scheduled delivery appointment.
• Forklift or loading-dock equipment is mandatory for off-loading — customer unloads and covers any re-delivery fees.
• Liftgate service available for $90 on eligible items (e.g. tire changers); not available for vehicle lifts.
• Inspect freight for damage before signing the Bill of Lading.

Returns

• Returns are handled case-by-case; contact us for authorization.
• 30-day return window; items must be unused and in original packaging.
• 15 % restocking fee applies.
• Customer pays return freight to our TX facility; original shipping is non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-built M1M paint booths.
• Products beyond 30 days or showing signs of use, damage, or misuse.
• Return Process:
• Email us with order #, product, and reason for return.
• Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
• Ship item per RMA and provide tracking info.
• Refund / exchange processed within 3 business days of receipt.
• Refund Processing Times:
• Credit card: 7-14 business days.
• PayPal: up to 48 hours.
