Shipping
- Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states and Canada
- Orders placed with us typically arrive within 7–10 days, depending on the model and quantity ordered. Please note: Due to recent tariff-related delays affecting shipments from overseas manufacturers, current shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
- ⚠️ Backorders: If a Katool item is out of stock, restock times are determined by Katool. An estimated restock date will be provided by email once your order is placed or upon request. Customers are encouraged to confirm availability before ordering if delivery timing is critical.
- Customer is responsible for unloading from the truck.
- Forklift or unloading dock service may be required.
- Customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges.
- Liftgate service available for $90 (Not Available for Vehicle Lifts).
- Shipments should be inspected for damages before signing the Bill of Lading.
- Concealed damage or missing parts: If damage or missing items are discovered after delivery, please report it within 48 hours with photos of the crate, labels, and contents.
Returns
- 30-day return guarantee on eligible items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging. For freight items, customers must keep all original crating, pallets, and packing materials. If packaging is discarded or damaged, the item may be non-returnable or additional packaging and handling costs may apply.
- Installed or used items are not returnable, including items that have been bolted down, assembled beyond basic unpacking, wired, or put into service.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items beyond the 30-day return window.
- Used, installed, washed, or misused items.
- Items missing original packaging or required components.
- Return Process:
- Submit a return request with order details, product name, and reason for return.
- Returns require a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and must be authorized by Katool before anything is sent back.
- Customer service will provide the RMA and return instructions, including the return address and any freight preparation requirements.
- Return item per RMA instructions and provide tracking info.
- Refund or exchange processed within 3 days upon return receipt.
- Refund Processing Times:
- Credit card: 7-14 business days.
- PayPal: Up to 48 hours.
- Note: All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs, regardless of whether the item has shipped.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies.
