  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states and Canada.
  • Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, but may take up to 21 days depending on item size, quantity, and destination.

  • Customer is responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck. If no forklift or loading dock is available, the order must be shipped to a freight terminal for customer pickup or collected directly from an AMGO warehouse.
  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee on qualifying products (not available for vehicle lifts).
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery charges if delivery is missed, shipment is redirected, or storage fees are incurred.
  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You have the right to inspect before signing. Note any damage or suspected damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Hidden damage or missing parts must be reported to AMGO and the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
  • AMGO is not responsible for downtime or costs incurred due to shipping delays.

  • 30-day return window from the invoice date for eligible items.
  • All returns require prior authorization from AMGO; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and packing material.
  • Non-returnable items: Used, damaged, or missing components.
  • 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Additional fees may apply for opened or incomplete products.

What makes the PRO-12A an alignment lift?

Integrated rear slip plates and front turnplate pockets machined into the runways. Add the 40101 turn plate set (with adjustment blocks to fill the pockets when they're out) and you have a working alignment bay. Four-wheel alignments cover 78-3/4" to 157-1/2" wheelbases; two-wheel up to 163-3/8".

What vehicles can it handle?

A 12,000 lb 4 post car lift for everything from compacts to 1-ton trucks. Runways adjust from 39-3/8" to 51-3/16" apart, the 98-3/8" drive-thru takes wide bodies, and 68" of under-runway clearance gives standing access.

Which AMGO alignment 4-post is right for me?

This PRO-12A is the standard alignment platform. The PRO-12ASX lifts faster (45 s) with a wider 104" drive-thru; the PRO-14A steps up to 14,000 lbs for heavier fleets. No alignments in your mix? The plain PRO-12 costs less.

Can I do wheels-free service on it?

Yes -- pair it with the manual RJ-6H or air-powered RJ-6A 6,000 lb rolling jack -- that's how alignment techs lift axles for caster/camber adjustments. The airline kit plumbs air along the runway.

What about long-wheelbase vehicles?

AMGO's 26" platform extension kit bolts on for extended vans and trucks. As shipped, the lift is 236-11/16" long overall and needs only 92" (7'8") of ceiling.

Do I need to bolt it to the floor?

4-posts are free-standing on concrete at least 4" thick at 3,000 PSI, but for an alignment lift a flat, properly cured slab matters doubly -- levelness affects readings. Anchor per the manual for commercial use.

  • Warranty parts ship free via standard ground; expedited shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Warranty does not cover downtime, labor, or costs due to equipment being out of service.
  • Customer must follow AMGO’s installation specifications exactly; improper installation may void warranty.

Shipping

  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states and Canada.
  • Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, but may take up to 21 days depending on item size, quantity, and destination.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Customer is responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck. If no forklift or loading dock is available, the order must be shipped to a freight terminal for customer pickup or collected directly from an AMGO warehouse.
  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee on qualifying products (not available for vehicle lifts).
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery charges if delivery is missed, shipment is redirected, or storage fees are incurred.
  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You have the right to inspect before signing. Note any damage or suspected damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Hidden damage or missing parts must be reported to AMGO and the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
  • AMGO is not responsible for downtime or costs incurred due to shipping delays.

Returns

  • 30-day return window from the invoice date for eligible items.
  • All returns require prior authorization from AMGO; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and packing material.
  • Non-returnable items: Used, damaged, or missing components.
  • 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Additional fees may apply for opened or incomplete products.
  • Customer is responsible for return freight costs.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
  • Cancelled orders before shipment are subject to a 3% processing fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to shipping costs and restocking fees.
