Warranty

• Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser on eligible Viper Tool Storage products. Registration required within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
• Not eligible: Clearance, discounted, or “as-is” items, and any secondhand purchases.

Warranty Coverage

• Covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following product types: Tool Chests, Rolling Tool Cabinets, Wall Cabinets, and Worktables.
• Remedy is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Viper LLC’s discretion.
• Replacement parts may be provided; shipping costs are not covered.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Claims must be made within the valid warranty period and may require photos or videos for verification.
• Do not return product without written return instructions. A copy of your receipt is required for any return.
• Viper LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages; rights may vary by state.
• Customer is responsible for the cost to ship items back for warranty evaluation and for shipping on replacement parts.

Not Covered

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or use beyond rated capacity/specifications.
• Modifications or alterations; accessories or devices not furnished by Viper LLC.
• Acts of nature or other insurable events (flood, fire, earthquake, tornado, wind, lightning, hail, vandalism).
• Failure to follow operating procedures or provide a suitable operating environment.
• Normal wear and tear including scratches, scuffs, paint fading or chipping, surface rust, and routine component wear (e.g., casters, drawer slides, keys).
• Damage or missing parts discovered after shipment acceptance; file a claim with the carrier in those cases.

How to Register Your Warranty

• Register within 30 days of purchase using our online form and keep a copy of your receipt.

How to Use Your Warranty

• Email support@pitstop-pro.com with your model number, purchase date, description of the issue, and photos.
• Troubleshooting may include follow-up questions or additional images. If a return is required, we will provide written instructions.

Replacement Parts

• Available parts include keys, slides, casters (2 in, 2.5 in, 5 in), handles, and power strips. Shipping costs are not covered.
• If you do not see the part you need, email details and photos to support@pitstop-pro.com.

Shipping

• Order confirmation is emailed after checkout.
• Processing time is 1 to 2 business days; during peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
• A shipping confirmation with tracking and an estimated delivery window is sent when your order ships. Estimates are not guarantees.
• US Mail: lightweight items; typical delivery 2 to 5 business days.
• UPS Small Parcel: cartons under 150 lb; typical delivery 3 to 7 business days.
• Freight (LTL): large or heavy items; pickups generally Tue to Thu; transit varies by distance and carrier. Delivery is curbside or dock only.
• Residential freight: the carrier will call to schedule delivery. Provide accurate contact info and any gate or access notes.
• Commercial freight: confirm dock or forklift availability with your receiving team.
• Have a box cutter, gloves, camera or smartphone, and an assistant ready for delivery.
• Inspection required before signing: photograph packaging and product; note any issues on the delivery receipt or BOL; keep all packaging until any claim is resolved.
• Damaged freight: email support@pitstop-pro.com within 24 hours with photos, order number, and delivery notes. We file the carrier claim and coordinate a resolution.
• Damaged small parcel: report within 7 days with photos of the item, packaging, packing materials, shipping label, and all six sides of the box.

Returns

• 30-day return window on eligible items.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Non-returnable: used or installed items; items beyond 30 days; clearance, discounted, or “as-is” items.
• How to start a return: email support@pitstop-pro.com with your order number, the item, and reason. We will provide RMA instructions and the return address.
• Costs and fees: customer is responsible for return shipping; restocking fees may apply depending on the item; original shipping is non-refundable.
