The 38 in Swing-Arm Tire Changer Sized for the Independent Passenger Car and Light-Truck Bay
The Tuxedo TC-530 is a full-feature swing-arm tire changer sized for the independent passenger-car and light-truck bay. Handles wheels up to 38 inch diameter and 3 to 12 inch wide, inside rim clamp range 12 to 23 inches and outside 10 to 20 inches. That is every passenger-car alloy, standard SUV wheel and most light-truck aftermarket wheels on one machine.
Machine never contacts the rim. Twin pneumatic clamping cylinders hold the wheel from the bottom, plastic clamp protectors keep alloy finishes perfect, and the demount head runs off a large-diameter hex shaft for consistent bead break every time. Bead-seating inflation jets are integrated right into the clamping jaws for stubborn low-profile mounts without a separate cannon.
Runs on a 110V single-phase 15 A outlet. Pressure limiter, water separator and oiler all standard. Steps up from the base TC-430 with bead-seating jets and a bigger clamping range. Steps down from the TC-950 in max wheel diameter but keeps most of the same feature set. Backed by Tuxedo one-year parts warranty.
