Race Ramps Trak-Jax Ramps, 3 Inch Lift for Floor Jack Access
Three Inches, 7.8 Degrees, 5 lbs a Ramp
Race Ramps built these because an autocrosser was tired of the same problem at every event. Swap to track tires in the paddock, and the only way to get a jack under the car is to buy an expensive low profile jack and carry it everywhere.
Trak-Jax raise the car 3" on a 7.8 degree approach, which is enough for a standard floor jack and gentle enough that a lowered car makes the climb. Each ramp weighs 5 lbs.
They are 30" long by 12" wide by 3" high, carry 1,500 lbs each, and take tires up to 10" wide. Race Ramps note that the pair goes in the trunk of a sports car.
Sold in pairs, with or without a 1.5" stop at the top. For more lift and a wider deck, see the Roll Ups. See all car ramps.

Trak-Jax Frequently Asked Questions
Should I get the version with the stop?
Both cost the same, so it comes down to preference. The 1.5 inch stop gives the tire something to bump against so you know you are on. Skip it if you ever want to drive straight over the ramp rather than parking on it.
Trak-Jax or Roll Ups?
Trak-Jax are 3 inches at 7.8 degrees for tires to 10 inches, and lighter. The Roll Ups are 4 inches at 11.9 degrees for tires to 12 inches. Take Trak-Jax if the car is very low or the tires are narrow. Take Roll Ups if you need the extra inch of jack clearance.
Can I put two ramps on the same side?
No. Race Ramps are explicit about this: never use two ramps on the same side of the vehicle. Run one per side across an axle so the car sits level.
Can I work under the car on these?
No. Three inches is jack access, nothing more. Drive up, get the jack under, lift the car, and put it on stands before anything or anyone goes underneath.
Will my tires fit at 10 inches?
Measure section width, not tread. Ten inches covers most 255 and narrower tires. If you run wider rubber, the Roll Ups take up to 12 inches on a 14 inch deck.
