Race Ramps FlatStoppers Car Storage Ramps, Set of 4
Park It for the Winter Without Flat Spotting the Tires: Race Ramps FlatStoppers
A car left standing puts its entire weight on four small patches of rubber. Leave it there for a month and the tire takes a set. You feel it as a thump through the wheel for the first few miles every spring, and on a soft compound performance tire it does not always come back.
The fix is not to take the load off the tire, it is to spread it out. FlatStoppers use a concave cradle that wraps the bottom of the tire and distributes the weight across a much larger area of the contact patch, so no single point carries the whole corner of the car. The tire keeps its shape while the car sits.
They are 100% solid high density foam with an anti slip coating, so they will not mark a finished floor, will not rot, and cannot rust to the concrete. Each ramp carries 1,500 lbs, giving 6,000 lbs across the set of four, and the foam adds a layer of thermal separation between the tire and a cold slab.
Pick the width from your tire, not your car. Three sizes cover tires up to 8", 12", and 14" wide, all for wheel and tire packages measuring 25" to 30" in overall diameter. Not sure which you need? Call a Pitstop Pro specialist. Browse the full Race Ramps lineup.

Benefits of Race Ramps FlatStoppers
Choosing Your Width
Measure the section width of the tire, not the wheel. All three sizes fit wheel and tire packages from 25" to 30" in overall diameter, and all three are sold as a set of four.
• 10" wide, RR-FS-10: Tires up to 8" wide. The right choice for classic cars, daily drivers, and narrower touring tires. 1.5 lbs per ramp.
• 14" wide, RR-FS: Tires up to 12" wide. The most common choice, covering most sports cars and modern performance rubber. 2.5 lbs per ramp.
• 16" wide Supercar, RR-FS-16-SC: Tires up to 14" wide. Built for the extra wide rear tires on supercars and heavily staggered setups. 3.5 lbs per ramp.
If your car runs a staggered setup with rear tires wider than the fronts, size to the widest tire on the car so all four ramps match.

Race Ramps FlatStoppers Frequently Asked Questions
How long can a car sit on them?
Indefinitely. They are designed for long term storage, and Race Ramps suggests using them any time a car will be parked more than 30 days. A full winter layup is exactly the use case.
Which width do I need?
Go by the section width of the tire. Up to 8" takes the 10" ramp, up to 12" takes the 14" ramp, and up to 14" takes the 16" Supercar. On a staggered car, size to the widest tire so the set matches. All three fit tires 25" to 30" in overall diameter.
Will foam really hold up a car?
Yes. This is not packing foam, it is 100% solid high density foam rated at 1,500 lbs per ramp, 6,000 lbs across the set. That covers essentially any car, and because the load spreads across the cradle rather than a point, the ramp is not working nearly as hard as the number suggests. The second clip in the Video tab shows a set under a semi truck.
Do I still need to over inflate the tires for storage?
That is the old workaround for the same problem, and the point of FlatStoppers is that you do not have to. Set the tires to the pressure on the door placard, drive on, and leave them. No pressure to remember to correct in the spring.
Will they mark an epoxy or polished floor?
No. There is no metal anywhere in them and nothing that can rust or stain. The coating is anti slip so they stay put on a smooth floor, and the whole ramp is soft against the surface it sits on.
Can I use them on a lift or a trailer?
They are made for storage on a flat floor. On a four post lift they work the same way, since the car is still standing on its tires up there. For securing a car in a trailer you want a wheel cradle or chock designed for transit, not a storage ramp.
What is the warranty?
One year from Race Ramps, plus a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. They are made in the USA from solid foam, so there is nothing to wear out, nothing to seize, and nothing to service.
