The Wide Deck Restyler, for Trucks and Wide Body Builds

A 16 inch deck takes tires up to 14 inches and is plenty for a coupe. Put a lifted truck or a wide body build on it and the tire crowds the edges, which is uncomfortable to watch and worse to drive onto when the vehicle costs what a wrap customer's truck costs.

The 20 inch wide Restyler Ramps take tires up to 18 inches. Same 14 inches of lift, same 225 inch length, same 10.4 degree approach, same 6,000 lb capacity, on a deck four inches wider at every point.

Race Ramps built the Restyler line for vinyl wrapping, paint protection film, and detailing, where the job is done at the sides of the vehicle for hours at a time and a four post lift puts posts exactly where you need to stand.

This is the Classic model. Choose Ramps Only or the Complete Kit, which adds XTender inclines and drops the approach to 6.8 degrees. Working on cars rather than trucks? The 16 inch version costs less.

Race Ramps 20 inch Restyler Ramps, full length pair

Benefits of the 20 Inch Restyler Ramps

Four more inches of tire
18 inches of tire width against 14 on the narrower system. That is the only difference that matters and the only reason to pay more, but on a truck it is the difference between fitting and not.
Easier to drive onto
Extra width is extra room for error on the way up. On a customer vehicle, that margin is worth more than the price difference the first time somebody lines it up slightly off.
Fourteen inches, standing up
Rockers, lower doors, and sills come up to working height. On a full wrap that is the difference between the bottom six inches being done well and being endured.
No install, no power, no posts
Nothing anchored into the concrete and nothing standing around the vehicle. You walk a full circle at any point in the job and light reaches every panel.
It comes apart
Interlocking sections stack against a wall so the bay goes back to being a bay between jobs. That is not something a four post lift will ever do for you.
Nothing that marks a finished vehicle
No steel edges near paint you are about to wrap, and no anchors in a leased floor. Traction coated foam grips epoxy and sealed concrete. Made in the USA with a one year warranty.

20 Inch Restyler Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the 20 inch or will the 16 do?

Measure the widest tire you expect to put on it. The 16 inch deck is rated for tires up to 14 inches wide. This one goes to 18. If trucks, lifted vehicles, or wide body builds come through your bay, that is the deciding number.

Does the 20 refer to the height or the width?

The width of the deck. Race Ramps name the Restyler systems by how wide the running surface is, not how high they lift. Both the 16 inch and the 20 inch wide systems lift the vehicle the same 14 inches.

What is the difference between Classic and Magna?

Race Ramps build the Restyler system in two versions. This listing is the Classic, which is the standard build. The Magna adds built in steel strips for tool organization. Lift height, length, and capacity are the same, and the XTenders and exit inclines fit either one. If you specifically want the Magna, call us and we will quote it.

Should I take the Complete Kit?

Take it if you work on low vehicles. The Kit ships with RR-EX-20-NF XTenders already matched to this 20 inch deck, and they bring the approach down from 10.4 degrees to 6.8, which is what a car with a splitter needs to get up without contact. The only thing the Kit version does not do is fold. If you specifically want the folding XTender for storage or transport, that is RR-EX-20, bought separately, and it costs more than taking the Kit.

Can the vehicle drive off the far end?

Not as supplied, but this is the upgrade most busy bays end up making. Add a second set of exit inclines and the system becomes a drive through, which removes the reverse maneuver and the spotter entirely. They fit Magna and Classic, and they are a separate part from the XTenders in the Kit.

How much floor space does it need, and how does it ship?

225 inches is nearly nineteen feet per side, plus room to line the vehicle up straight, and closer to twenty five feet with the Kit XTenders in front. A full drive through setup with exit inclines adds another six feet at the back. It ships as freight because of the length, so call us to confirm delivery access, liftgate needs, and the current lead time.
