I like the design and it's simplicity. However, I received an incomplete inventory. ( missing screw ) So I had to purchase similar screw at Lowe's. The instructions to install is pretty simple and to the point. The rating is reflecting on the company packaging not the product itself. The box was damaged when I received it hence the missing screw. I intend to order it again in the future if the price is right.

They have the potential to be great assuming your space allows for them to be installed next to each other. We were not able to install them as shown to have the maximum number or totes up. Be aware of the bar for the garage door because that also comes in the way when they are installed.

dropped my storage container from about 5 ft to my basement cement and cracked lid in half...
