Shipping

• Homak orders ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States.
• Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.
• In-stock items typically ship out after processing and usually arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping location and carrier transit time.
• Shipping method depends on product size and weight. Smaller items may ship via standard parcel carriers, while larger tool chests and cabinets may ship by freight.
• Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email so you can follow delivery progress.
• Freight deliveries are typically curbside and may require an appointment or an adult present to receive the shipment, depending on the carrier.
• Most products include an option for liftgate service for $100 USD if you do not have unloading equipment such as a forklift, backhoe, tractor, or similar equipment with forks.
• Please inspect the shipment and packaging for visible damage at delivery. If there is damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and take photos before accepting the shipment.

Returns

• Website purchases only: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date for eligible items.
• To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be purchased within the last 15 days (website purchases only).
• The product must be unused and not damaged.
• The product must be in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) is required before returning anything.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
• Sale items are not refundable. Only regular price items can be refunded.
• Return Shipping:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
• Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, contact us immediately so we can help.
• Return Process:
• Request a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) before returning your item.

Warranty

• Warranty length varies by product. Homak offers multiple warranty terms, including: 30 day, 90 day, 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 8 year, 10 year, and lifetime.
• Customers should always review the spec sheet on the product page for the exact warranty that applies to their specific model.
• General warranty terms:
• Homak warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials from the date of original purchase under normal intended use.
• Warranty coverage typically requires proof of purchase and is generally non-transferable.
• Powder coat finishes typically include a 1 year warranty.
• Exclusions generally include damage from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, excessive use, incorrect maintenance, alteration, or repair by anyone other than Homak.
• Homak’s responsibility is generally limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or component, or a refund of the purchase price where applicable.
• Certain disputes and warranty terms may be governed by Pennsylvania law.
• Series specific warranty highlights:
• CTS Series: Products with ball bearing drawer slides carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts or replacement.
• H2PRO Series: Top chests, roller cabinets, and accessories with ball bearing drawer slides carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts or replacement.
• HXL Big Dawg Series: Top chest canopy, roller cabinet, and accessories with ball bearing drawer slides carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts or replacement.
• PRO II Series: Top chest, roller cabinet, and accessories with ball bearing drawer slides carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts or replacement.
• RS PRO Series: Top chest canopy, roller cabinet, and accessories with ball bearing drawer glides carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts or replacement.
• SE Series: Top chest, roller cabinet, and accessories with ball bearing drawer slides carry a Limited 5 Year Warranty on parts or replacement.
• Metal Hand Carry Toolboxes: Any all metal toolbox carries a 1 Year Limited Warranty for parts or replacement. Toolboxes with plastic reinforcement are not included.
