Shipping

• Freight shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
• Standard freight shipping is free on most orders with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days.
• Local pickup is available at select warehouse locations for no shipping cost. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and schedule pickup.
• Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Unloading Requirement: You must have a forklift or equivalent equipment available to unload your order safely, whether it is delivered or picked up.
• Additional delivery services such as liftgate service and scheduled delivery appointments may be available for an additional charge.
• Order Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt or pickup. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.
• We ship from U.S. warehouses located in MD, NC, IL, TX, CA, NY, and WA.
• We currently do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other remote U.S. territories listed by the supplier.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control (for example, severe weather or natural disasters).

Returns

• 30-day return policy on eligible items.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with tags and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Order Cancellation:
• Orders canceled prior to shipment will incur a 3% processing fee for credit card transactions.
• Orders canceled after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom products and special orders.
• BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, and AS-IS products.
• Leased and hazardous items.
• Return Process:
• Submit a return request to support@pitstop-pro.com with your order details, product name, and reason for return.
• If approved, we will provide return authorization and return instructions.
• Return the item per the provided instructions and share tracking information once shipped.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong, defective, or damaged item).
• Refunds:
• Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected and are sent to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Warranty

• Warranty Length Varies: Warranty terms depend on the exact product and can range from 1 year to 8+ years.
• Customers should always review the spec sheet on the product page for the exact warranty coverage that applies to that item.
• Warranty Coverage: To obtain warranty coverage, the buyer must submit a claim within 30 days of discovering the defect.
• Final warranty decisions for welding and cutting products are made by Chery Industrial.
• Warranty will not be approved for damages or issues caused by non product related factors, including:
• Damage incurred during shipping.
• Missing or defective parts claims made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, after this period buyers are responsible for parts and shipping costs.
• Abuse, accidents, alterations, modifications, tampering, vandalism, neglect, misuse, friction contact, or improper attachments.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual, installation errors, or operational mistakes.
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts, for example chisels and blades.
• Usage in an environment for which the product was not designed.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
• Stolen or lost products.
• Warranty Claim Process:
• Email support@pitstop-pro.com with proof of purchase (for example, a bill of sale) to verify eligibility.
• Include the buyer contact information: name, phone number, and address.
• Provide the product serial number (located on the product label).
• Provide the place of purchase and purchase number if applicable.
• Include a detailed description of the defect and photo or video evidence.
• If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, replacement parts will be shipped at no charge.
• If damage is due to misuse or negligence, the buyer is responsible for parts and shipping costs.
• Ownership and Limitations:
• Warranty is valid only for products purchased from Chery Industrial directly or an authorized dealer, with proof of purchase.
• AS IS, Clearance, and Bargain items are excluded from warranty coverage.
• Products purchased from third parties, including auction houses, are not covered even if advertised as brand new.
• Chery Industrial is not liable for injury, loss, or damages including lost profits, revenue, or savings resulting from use of the products or related errors or omissions.
• Chery Industrial reserves sole discretion to interpret and enforce this warranty policy.
