The Tuxedo TC-430 is our economical swing-arm tire changer, built for the independent shop, tire retailer or serious enthusiast who wants a professional-quality machine without the price tag of a full commercial changer. Handles wheels up to 38 inch diameter and 3 to 11 inch wide, with inside clamp range 12 to 21 inches and outside 10 to 18 inches. That covers the entire passenger-car range and most light-truck wheels.
A swing-arm design with four pneumatic double-acting clamps holds wheels rock-solid from the outside, and the machine never contacts the rim. The side-mounted bead breaker delivers plenty of force to pop stubborn beads without a tire iron. Manual operation of the mount / demount tool keeps the price down without sacrificing performance on standard tires.
Runs on a 110V single-phase 15 A outlet so it drops into any bay with no electrical work. Water separator, lubricator and air pressure regulator all standard. Optional TC-400M-B-PL230 press-arm attachment upgrades this to a low-profile-capable machine later. Includes plastic clamp protectors and duck head inserts. Backed by Tuxedo one-year parts warranty.
