The Triumph NTC-650 Tire Changer is built for shops and operations dealing with trucks, buses, tractors, and other heavy-duty tires. If you’ve been wrestling with outdated or underpowered tire machines, this is your chance to upgrade to a solution that actually makes your job easier. Unlike entry-level tire changer machines that can’t handle wide or oversized wheels, the NTC-650 takes on wheels up to 63" in diameter and 30.5" wide with zero complaints. Its wireless remote control gives you complete flexibility, while the bead press clamp and crowbar help you safely and efficiently break beads and remove tires. Whether you're handling semi-truck tires or agricultural equipment, this heavy-duty unit gives you the muscle and control you need to get the job done right.

This isn't a flashy gadget—it’s a true tire changing machine workhorse designed for reliability. Weighing in at over 1,400 lbs, it’s solid, steady, and made to last. You'll also receive instructional videos to get up and running quickly, whether you're new to the equipment or training employees. Triumph NTC-650 Frequently Asked Questions

What tires does the NTC-650 heavy duty tire changer handle?

The NTC-650 clamps rims from 14 to 26 inches and handles tires up to 63 inches in diameter and 30.5 inches wide -- commercial trucks, buses, tractors, and agricultural equipment. It is the workhorse truck tire changer of the Triumph line.

What power does the NTC-650 require?

220V power and shop air up to 120 PSI. Confirm your shop has a 220V circuit before ordering -- call us if you are unsure what your building supports.

Do I need a dedicated truck tire changer for commercial tires?

Yes -- truck and tractor tires are beyond the physical capacity of passenger-car machines: too heavy, too tall, too much bead tension. A heavy duty tire changer like the NTC-650 has the clamp strength and torque to turn those assemblies safely, with one operator instead of two techs and a pry bar.

How does the NTC-650 ship?

By freight -- shipping weight is 1,420 lbs in an 80 x 63 x 36 inch crate, so plan forklift or loading-dock access. Call us to arrange liftgate delivery if you need it.

Which heavy-duty tire changer should I choose?

The NTC-650 covers truck, bus, and tractor tires to 63 inches. If you service oversized equipment -- up to 90-inch tires, 56-inch clamping, with a wireless remote -- step up to the NTC-690. The Katool alternatives are the KT-T160 and hydraulic KT-TV910.

Do you offer commercial or fleet quotes?

We do -- for commercial tire shops, fleets, and farm operations, call (470) 208-2754 for freight options and a commercial quote.
