How much ceiling height do I need?
The overhead beam stands 145" (12'1"), so plan on at least 151" (12'7") of ceiling. The electric safety cutoff stops the carriage before a roof or rack can touch the beam. Lower ceiling? The floor-plate NT-11 carries the same 11,000 lbs at 116" tall.
Which Triumph 2-post is right for me?
This NTO-11A tops the light-duty overhead range -- 11,000 lbs, single-point release, widest drive-thru. The NTO-10A saves money at 10,000 lbs; the floor-plate NT-11 fits lower ceilings; and commercial trucks belong on the 16,000 lb NTO-16.
Does the NTO-11A run on 110V power?
No -- it needs 220V single-phase on a dedicated circuit. If you only have 110V, our Triumph NT-9 and NTO-9AE run on household power at 9,000 lbs.
Do I need to bolt it to the floor?
Yes -- every 2-post must be anchored, and the hardware ships with the lift. Your slab needs to be a steel-reinforced 4" pour at 3,500 PSI, cured at least 28 days. Verify before ordering.
Should I get a 2-post or a 4-post lift?

Shipping
- Freight shipping only within the lower 48 U.S. states.
- No liftgate service available for auto or motorcycle lifts.
- Customer is responsible for unloading the lift. Forklift, Bobcat, tractor, or similar equipment is required.
- If unable to unload at delivery site, shipment can be rerouted to the nearest freight terminal for pickup.
- Delivery occurs via a 48-foot semi-truck. No guaranteed delivery times, but most orders arrive within 3–14 business days.
- Customer must call the freight company to schedule delivery.
- All equipment must be inspected upon delivery. Report any visible damage or missing parts on the Bill of Lading.
- Missing motors or power units must be reported at the time of delivery.
- Any incorrect or missing parts must be reported within 14 days of receipt, or within 3 days for parts shipped separately.
Returns
- All Triumph lift sales are final once the equipment has shipped.
- Triumph lifts are not eligible for standard returns after shipment.
- Orders canceled after payment has been processed but before shipment may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- If a shipped order is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for round-trip freight charges and a 30% restocking fee.
- Used, installed, assembled, or altered equipment cannot be returned.
- Parts orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported according to the delivery and warranty guidelines listed on this page.
- Warranty-related issues are handled through Triumph/National Auto Tools’ parts warranty process and are not considered standard returns.
Installation
- Installation must be performed by a certified electrician to avoid potential issues. Triumph is not liable for any damage or problems caused by unlicensed or improper installation.
- Electrical wiring diagrams will not be provided due to legal restrictions.
- If installation is not completed by a certified electrician, disputes will require an invoice and itemized report from a certified electrician for review.
- Installation does not include:
- Hydraulic oil
- Equipment training
- Equipment delivery
- Repair of shipping damage
- Regular maintenance, including cable adjustments, oil top-offs, and lubrication
- The installer is not required to:
- Complete installation if the site is unsafe or unprepared
- Make repeat visits due to lack of electricity or improper site conditions
- Perform any labor related to warranty service or maintenance
- Auto lift motors are for indoor use only and are not covered under warranty if installed outdoors.
