Shipping

  • Free Shipping on All Ekko Lifts Products — No Quote Needed.
  • Shipping and lead times vary by model and supplier. We do not guarantee delivery timelines.
  • Product availability changes daily and must be confirmed before placing an order.
  • All shipping is freight-based and customer is responsible for unloading from the truck.
  • Liftgate service is only available for products under 1,000 lb.
  • Inspect all shipments immediately. Freight damage must be documented on the POD and reported with photos.
  • Failure to note damages on the Bill of Lading will void freight claims.

Returns

  • Returns must be pre-approved and initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
  • All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns and exchanges.
  • Defective parts must be reported within 7 days with photos/videos and are subject to inspection.
  • Incorrect parts (ordered or received) must be reported within 7 days with supporting documentation.

  • Warranty start date: Either the date of shipment to the end user or 90 days after shipment to the dealer, whichever comes first.
