  • Warranty claims require troubleshooting with AMGO by phone first; photos or videos may be required.
  • Warranty parts ship free via standard ground; expedited shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Warranty does not cover downtime, labor, or costs due to equipment being out of service.

Shipping

  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states and Canada.
  • Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, but may take up to 21 days depending on item size, quantity, and destination.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Customer is responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck. If no forklift or loading dock is available, the order must be shipped to a freight terminal for customer pickup or collected directly from an AMGO warehouse.
  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee on qualifying products (not available for vehicle lifts).
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery charges if delivery is missed, shipment is redirected, or storage fees are incurred.
  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You have the right to inspect before signing. Note any damage or suspected damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Hidden damage or missing parts must be reported to AMGO and the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
  • AMGO is not responsible for downtime or costs incurred due to shipping delays.

Returns

  • 30-day return window from the invoice date for eligible items.
  • All returns require prior authorization from AMGO; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and packing material.
  • Non-returnable items: Used, damaged, or missing components.
  • 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Additional fees may apply for opened or incomplete products.
  • Customer is responsible for return freight costs.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
  • Cancelled orders before shipment are subject to a 3% processing fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to shipping costs and restocking fees.

How does a double-wide 4-post lift work?

Two parking platforms share one set of four columns: park two vehicles on top, two underneath -- four cars in roughly two bays' width (198-7/16" overall). Total capacity is 9,000 lbs with up to 6,000 lbs on either platform.

How much ceiling height do I need?

The columns stand just 82-7/8", so 88" (7'4") of ceiling covers lifting alone -- one of the lowest-profile double-wides available. Stacking two vehicles per side takes more; measure your tallest pair before ordering.

Which AMGO 4-post is right for me?

This 409-DP is the standard-height four-car solution. Need taller stacking and longer runways? The 409-DPX raises the columns to 96-5/8" and stretches to 238". Only storing two vehicles? A single-platform 408-P or 409-HP costs less and takes half the width.

What power does it need?

A 2.0 HP, 220V single-phase power unit with a 47-second rise. Plan a 220V circuit where the power column will sit.

Can I do repair work on the 409-DP?

Light service works from the runways -- add the J5H 5,000 lb rolling jack for wheels-free work and the drip tray set to protect vehicles parked below. Storing outdoors or under a carport? The motor cover protects the power unit.

Do I need to bolt it to the floor?

No -- it's free-standing on concrete at least 4" thick at 3,000 PSI. Anchoring is optional for permanent installs.

  • Warranty applies to the 48 contiguous states; contact AMGO for coverage outside this area.
  • Warranty claims require troubleshooting with AMGO by phone first; photos or videos may be required.
  • Warranty parts ship free via standard ground; expedited shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Warranty does not cover downtime, labor, or costs due to equipment being out of service.
  • Customer must follow AMGO’s installation specifications exactly; improper installation may void warranty.

Shipping

  • Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states and Canada.
  • Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, but may take up to 21 days depending on item size, quantity, and destination.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Customer is responsible for unloading freight shipments from the delivery truck. If no forklift or loading dock is available, the order must be shipped to a freight terminal for customer pickup or collected directly from an AMGO warehouse.
  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee on qualifying products (not available for vehicle lifts).
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery charges if delivery is missed, shipment is redirected, or storage fees are incurred.
  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You have the right to inspect before signing. Note any damage or suspected damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Hidden damage or missing parts must be reported to AMGO and the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
  • AMGO is not responsible for downtime or costs incurred due to shipping delays.

Returns

  • 30-day return window from the invoice date for eligible items.
  • All returns require prior authorization from AMGO; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and packing material.
  • Non-returnable items: Used, damaged, or missing components.
  • 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Additional fees may apply for opened or incomplete products.
  • Customer is responsible for return freight costs.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
  • Cancelled orders before shipment are subject to a 3% processing fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to shipping costs and restocking fees.
