  • If unable to unload at delivery site, shipment can be rerouted to the nearest freight terminal for pickup.
  • Delivery occurs via a 48-foot semi-truck. No guaranteed delivery times, but most orders arrive within 3–14 business days.
  • Customer must call the freight company to schedule delivery.
  • All equipment must be inspected upon delivery. Report any visible damage or missing parts on the Bill of Lading.
  • Missing motors or power units must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • Any incorrect or missing parts must be reported within 14 days of receipt (within 3 days for parts shipped separately).

Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted if:
    • The product is unused
    • The product is in original, undamaged packaging
    • The product is not a parts order (parts sales are final)
  • Other return conditions:
    • All sales are final once your equipment has shipped.
    • Orders canceled post-payment but pre-shipping incur a 15% cancellation fee.
    • If a shipped order is refused, the customer is responsible for:
