- Freight shipping only within the lower 48 states and Canada
- Orders placed with us typically arrive within 7–10 days, depending on the model and quantity ordered. Please note: Due to recent tariff-related delays affecting shipments from overseas manufacturers, current shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
- Customer is responsible for unloading from the truck.
- Forklift or unloading dock service may be required.
- Customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges.
- Liftgate service available for $90 (Not Avilable for Vehicle Lifts).
- Shipments should be inspected for damages before signing the Bill of Lading.
Returns
- 30-day return guarantee on eligible items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items beyond the 30-day return window.
- Used, washed, or misused items.
- Return Process:
- Submit a return request with order details, product name, and reason for return.
- Customer service will provide a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and return address.
- Return item per RMA instructions and provide tracking info.
- Refund or exchange processed within 3 days upon return receipt.

- Claims must be made within the valid warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- Customers may need to provide photos or videos for claim verification.
